Welcome to the Tavern. By browsing or buying from topdecktavern.org, you agree to the house rules below.

1. Overview

This website is operated by TopDeck Tavern ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using our site and placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and all policies referenced here, including our Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be able to form a legally binding contract to purchase from us. If you are under the age of majority in your area, you may use the site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

3. Products, Descriptions & Pricing

We do our best to describe card conditions and product details accurately, but we do not warrant that every description, image, or price is error-free. Colors and card surfaces may appear differently on your screen. All prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice.

4. Orders & Acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We reserve the right to accept, limit, or refuse any order, and to cancel an order due to pricing or inventory errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability — including after an order is placed. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.

5. Payment

Payment is processed securely through our payment providers at checkout. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

6. Shipping & Risk of Loss

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Please note that orders sent via untracked shipping travel at a higher risk of loss; choosing a tracked option is recommended for valuable orders.

7. Returns

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. In short, single-card sales are final except for damage, misgrade, or a wrong item; sealed and accessory items may be returned unopened within 30 days.

8. Intellectual Property

The TopDeck Tavern name, logo, site content, and original artwork are our property or used with permission and may not be copied or reused without written consent. Trading card game names, logos, and card images are the property of their respective owners (e.g., Wizards of the Coast, The Pokémon Company, and others); we are an independent retailer and are not affiliated with or endorsed by these companies.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it.

10. Disclaimers

The site and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, except those that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TopDeck Tavern shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold TopDeck Tavern harmless from any claims or expenses arising out of your misuse of the site or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
