Where We Ship
TopDeck Tavern ships throughout the United States. For international orders, send a raven to support@topdecktavern.org before ordering and we'll see what we can arrange.
Processing Time
Orders are packed and shipped within 1–2 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when your order is on its way (tracking is included on tracked orders).
Shipping Rates
- Stamped Envelope (untracked) — $1.49: single cards and light orders (up to 0.25 lb).
- Tracked Shipping — $4.99 (0.25–1 lb), $8.99 (1–5 lb), $15.99 (5–70 lb).
- Free Shipping on all orders $75 and over.
How Your Order Ships
Single cards are protected in a sleeve and rigid mailer and, for lower-value orders, sent in a stamped envelope without tracking to keep shipping affordable. Heavier or higher-value orders ship tracked via USPS Ground Advantage. If you'd like tracking on any order, simply select a tracked option at checkout.
Estimated Delivery
Once shipped, untracked envelopes typically arrive in 3–7 business days and tracked packages in 2–5 business days, depending on your location. These are estimates, not guarantees — the postal roads can be unpredictable.
Lost or Delayed Mail
Untracked envelopes cannot be traced once they leave our hands, so we recommend a tracked option for valuable orders. If a tracked package is lost or badly delayed, contact us and we'll help file a claim and make it right.
Accurate Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren't able to recover orders sent to an incorrect address provided at purchase, though we'll always try to help.
